Offering some of the highest Quality compressed air filtration in the industry!

Water Separator Filter:

  • Water separator filters remove condensate from compressed air by accelerating particles in a radial motion. In-line water separators are typically used at after coolers and before refrigeration dryers in order to remove the bulk liquid that is present in the compressed air pipework as a result of condensate being formed.

Particulate Filter:

  • Particulate filters are used to remove solid particles. They are installed upstream of coalescing filters, which have a much finer and more expensive filtration element, to prevent premature fouling. Particulate filters, rated at 1 micron down to 0.01 micron, also are installed after a desiccant dryer to keep desiccant “fines” from passing downstream.

Coalescing Filter:

  • Coalescing filters are the filters that will remove water and oil aerosols by coalescing the aerosols into droplets. Some end uses may require a higher level of compressed air quality than does the rest of the system. A coalescing filter may be needed to remove liquid moisture and/or lubricant. A coalescing filter is recommended before any dryer with a drying medium that may be damaged by lubricant. A coalescing filter is recommended before any dryer with a drying medium that may be damaged by lubricant. Capable of filtering down to 0.01 micron.

Cold Coalescing Filter:

  • Cold coalescing filters are coalescing filters operated at around 35 °F (2 °C). This allows them to be more effective at removing moisture.

Oil Mist Eliminator:

  • Oil Mist Eliminator effectively remove oil, solids, and water from your compressed air system. In addition, this technology can serve as an efficient prefilter and contaminant separator for refrigerated and desiccant compressed air dryers. By reducing the liquid loading potential and preventing liquid slugs from reaching the dryer, it will extend the life of your pre filtration, refrigerated dryer’s heat exchanger or the life of desiccant in regenerative dryers.

Adsorption Filter:

  • Adsorption filters are filters that remove particles smaller than 1 micron, down to 0.01 micron. Adsorption is the attraction and adhesion of gaseous and liquid molecules to the surface of a solid. Normally the filter elements contain activated carbon granules which have an extremely high surface area and dwell time. The activated carbon medium is for the adsorption of vapors only. An adsorption filter must be protected by an upstream coalescing type filter to prevent gross contamination by liquid oil.

Activated Carbon Filter:

  • Activated carbon filters are filters that utilize a composite carbon material to remove gases and odors from the air. Capable of producing perfect compressed air quality with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003 mg/m3.

Sterile Filter:

  • Sterile filters are ideal for food processing. These filters will remove contaminants at a very high efficiency – up to 99.99% for 0.01 micron particles and droplets. More and more industrial applications require germ-free compressed air, also under harsh conditions. Alongside the higher retention efficiency for bacteria, viruses, and additional micro-organisms.
