Condensate Technology, Oil Free Technology and Instrumentation
Oil-Water Separators:
Oil-water separators are used in the disposal of air compressor lubricant carryover in condensate is a concern, as is the variety of regulations across the country. Installation of an oil-water separator is simple. The oily condensate from each drain valve is individually piped to a depressurization chamber to reduce pressure to atmospheric. The clean water is then piped into an waste water drain. The separated oil is contained within the cartridge and/or held in a collection vessel for proper disposal.
Oil-free and Germ-free Conversion Systems:
hydrocarbon removal system makes it possible to achieve a constant oil-free compressed air stream with a maximum residual oil content of an immeasurable 0.001 mg/m³ in the compressed air. In addition, the functional principle of a catalytic conversion system also produces germ-free air, requires minimal maintenance, and any condensate generated does not require special handing. This is a Quality level of compressed air that can be used in a wide variety of applications from the most stringent and demanding to simply converting an oil-flooded compressor to oil-free with a true plug-and-play device.
Condensate Drains:
Condensate drains remove the liquids and are an often overlooked component of the compressed air chain, yet when left unchecked can cause poor part Quality, machine damage, and even bodily injury to employees. There are many options when it comes to condensate drains, from something as simplistic as a hand valve or timer drain. But according to industry studies that have been completed show drainage points are also one of the system areas where energy waste is highest. This is why it is always highly recommended to use a Zero Air Loss drain where ever a drain is needed.
Instrumentation:
Instrumentation for compressed air systems is the precise measurement of humidity, hydrocarbons, flow, temperature, and pressure provide the foundation for various analyses, documentation, and decisions as they relate to compressed air systems. Potential overload (e.g. excessive air velocity) or malfunctions can be detected early, quickly, and reliably, which allows for the most precise and economical optimization of all plant components. The use of superior Quality, industrial grade measurement equipment eliminates all the guesswork.
Instrumentation Data Logging:
Instrumentation Data Logging - One can measure Quality – one just needs to record it. The data logger's translates process data into easily understandable statistics and graphics. You can comprehend the measured values simply and in real time and immediately implement the necessary measures as they are needed. Available from anywhere, at all times – due to complete network capability for worldwide and system overarching data transfer.
